If you have been exposed to COVID and/or are suspected of being sick, you will be asked to reschedule. Please make sure you wear a mask during your scheduled appointment and try to leave all unnecessary belongings in your car.

Be On Time

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact your stylist as your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Late fees will apply after arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Book Your Appointments in Advance

Books fill up quickly so plan ahead for your beauty services!; saves you time, frustration, and fit-in fees.

 

 

No Extra Guests

As seating is limited, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment, in order to allow room for patrons. 

The Mansion does not service children under the age of 8. Due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.

The South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology permits no animals other than approved service dogs within the salon.
